What's happening this Shabbat at Shomair Yisrael: There will NOT be a Friday night service this week (December 25th) as the rabbi will be out of town. On Saturday (December 26th,/small>), Jacquelyne will lead worship and Raymond Finney will be ministering in the word from Daniel 2. The message is titled "The Statue and the Rock". The subtitle is "A Prophecy of the Future Defeat of Evil by the Holy One of God". Daniel 2 is a chapter that has always left me (Rabbi Michael) with unanswered questions. Raymond's message will provide clarity to what has mystified many scholars and lay people alike.
