Ohev Yisrael Trip to Israel
|
Yesterday a group from Ohev Yisrael (Newington, VA) flew from the States and will be arriving in Yisrael today for a twelve-day tour of the Land! This week they will be staying in the Galilee, visiting Tiberias and Magdala, before travelling south to Eilat, to go up Masada and experience the Dead Sea. Two days over the weekend means they can visit Petra and Mount Nebo in Jordan before arriving in Jerusalem for a packed few days in their last week - Mount of Lovis, City of David, Yad Vashem, Herzl Museum and, of course, the Kotel. Experiencing the sites, smells and experiences of the Land, not to mention being able to touch the history of our people, is incredible!
