Ministering at Beth Am Messiah
|
This weekend Patty and I will be visiting Beth Am Messiah congregation in New City, NY. This is one of the congregations in the Tikkun network and we are excited about spending time with them! Jack Jacobs leads the congregation with his wife Kate - some of their children are also involved in serving at the congregation - and two elders, Jay Gage and Weibe Luba. Some of the community events at Beth Am Messiah include Sisterhood lunches, Men's Breakfasts, weekly Tuesday Night Havurah and Oneg after Shabbat services. I will be speaking at the Shabbat morning service this Saturday, the 18th. Please do come along if you are in the area - Patty and I would love to see you!
