Passover at Beit Simcha

Join Beit Simcha as We Celebrate our Victorious Lord on this Passover/Easter Weekend

On the other side of the Red Sea, the Hebrews sang a song of praise. They had experienced the awesome power and deliverance of God. It was an exuberant celebration. On Friday evening, April 19th, 2019 at 6:00 PM we will relive that deliverance experience through the traditions of the Jewish Passover Seder. It will be a celebration of our powerful, miracle working God with Messianic music and dance, a full catered meal and fellowship.

As a Jewish man, Yeshua most likely participated in Passover every year of his life. His last and most memorable Passover Seder with his disciples was a special evening, one He had planned and looked forward to. Yeshua and his disciples shared the traditions of the meal, and Yeshua, knowing that He would soon be betrayed, tried, and crucified, added deeper layers of understanding. He broke the matzah. "This is my body, given for you." He lifted the third cup. "This is my blood which is poured out for you."

Within the Seder we will celebrate Yeshua, the Lamb of God who died and rose from the grave at the close of that Passover weekend on the Feast of First Fruits. By his sacrifice, Yeshua provided deliverance from the bondage of sin for every person who believes. For Passover, there is another layer of meaning. It is unique to each person, their life, their experience. We all travel the road of life with difficulties and demons nipping at our heels. At times, we feel like the Hebrews, pinned in on every side with no way to escape. Only God can make a way out of our situation. Praise God! He is able!

Passover is just around the corner. You don't want to miss the blessings and the deep things that God has to share with you as you enter into this season when we focus on God's Deliverance.
