I am greatly indebted to my life partner, my wonderful and excellent wife Marie for her loving and sacrificial support of all my endeavors, to my son David for his advice, encouragement, and scholarly example, to my son Brian for modeling how to love and serve those who are elderly, disabled, and otherwise in need, to my other children Kevin, Steve, and Patty who make being their father a joy, and to my long-time mentor Dr. Daniel C. Juster for his friendship, collaboration, and his many contributions to this book.
Mostly, I am eternally grateful to my Father God, Messiah Yeshua, and the Ruach HaKodesh, who gave me inspiration, life, and energy to complete this multi-year task.
