Covenantal Order or Gifts of the Spirit?

Many people have written before about the Ark of Covenant being moved into Jerusalem in King David's reign, and I add to that number by using these events in my article.

Yeshua said not to leave Jerusalem without the baptism of the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:5); certainly we can' return to Jerusalem without it!
