Our Time in the States Part Two

Patty and I have just returned to Israel after 2 amazing months of travel in the United States. Patty and I often find ourselves quite astonished at the arrangements of the Lord. Yesterday I started sharing with you a list of the involvements of work and then vacation times which were very short.

4. We spent time with leaders from Beth Am Messiah, especially the new young elder, Daniel Jacobs.

5. One sad by very important time was our visit to Ron Corbett and his congregation for the memorial service for his wife Marcia, who was such an amazing inspiration and motivator to our whole network. She now supports us as part of that great cloud of witnesses.

6. We next preached for a Church in Watertown, New York, the home church of Patty’s family. This has become a large Church of 1000 people, and they usually have four services. Thankfully at this summer time, I only needed to do three. There was very strong connection to Pastor, Kirk Gilchrist and and a good reception form the congregation, New Life Christian Church.

7. From New York, I flew to Oaklahoma City to spend time teaching the leaders of the International Pentacostal Holiness Church. This included head bishops. We are seeking to expand our training into their congregations in Jewish population areas where we can train in effective Jewish ministry. The two days with the bishops and key leaders that attended was in my view very important.
