His Will

Have you ever noticed? We change the way we react toward God when we pray His will into all things. I know I've talked about prayer before, but sometimes we need to be reminded that how we pray matters.

1 John 5:14-15 This is the confidence we have in His presence: if we ask anything that accords with His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us - whatever we ask - then we know that we have what we have asked from Him.

We fall into this trap of getting angry with God cause He didn't answer our prayers the way we wanted Him to. It's not our will be done it's, "His will be done"; not only His will, but also His timing. God knows our hearts, He knows what we want, but He also has a plan and knows what He wants from us.

Sometimes we have to go through the storm to get to where He wants us to be, and in going through that storm, we thank Him and praise Him and pray His will in all of it. He will bring us through when we pray His will be done, and we will see His answer more clearly and understand Him better when we pray this way. He is a good God!

Be a Blessing and Be Blessed!
