Friendship

Friendship Eitan Shishkoff

Friendship is sacred. God came to the first garden in the cool of the day, looking for His friends. Tragically, they hid from  Him. Yet this does not diminish our Maker’s design. God’s human children were created for friendship with Him and with  each other.

We may think it strange that God is looking for us. Could it mean that in His very nature as Father He desires intimate  companionship with His children? I desire and experience this deep friendship with my children (now ages 53 to 30) and  my grandchildren (3 years old to 24). This must be a reflection of His greater love—a love He designed us for!
