Todd Westphal was ordained in 1993 and has a degree from Messiah Biblical Institute. He also attended East Coast Bible College. Todd is a Veteran of the U.S. Navy, having served six years and traveled all over the world.

Roeh Westphal has a great love for the Lord and for His Word. His desire is to see the body of Messiah equipped and released into what the Lord has created them to be. His energy and zeal are infectious. Todd and his lovely wife Debby have been married for twenty-five years and live in the Frederick, MD area.
