Conversation, Communication and Gaining the Father’s Heart

What exactly is prayer, and how does it fit into the work which the Lord calls us to do?

At its heart, prayer (tefillah) is not just a form of communication, but instead is its highest expression. It is a conversation  with our Heavenly Father in the Name of Yeshua our Messiah! But dialogue with God is only the start point. Just as with  earthly relationships, communication is essential for growth and health, it is the same as with our relationship with God.  As our Shaliach (Apostle) John reminds us, we need to abide or remain in Yeshua the Messiah in stating,

You are already clean because of the word I have spoken to you. Abide in Me, and I will abide  in you. The branch cannot itself produce fruit unless it abodes on the vine. Likewise, you cannot produce fruit unless you abide in Me.” (John 15:3-4 TLV)

But prayer is much more than this …
